Elaine is a child-centred play therapist based in the North-East of England.

Having worked extensively in Mental Heath Nursing within both Adult and Child & Adolescent Services; she also worked as a parent-infant therapist, helping caregivers who may be experiencing difficulties, for a variety of reasons, which affect the quality of their relationship with their baby. Elaine currently works both part-time for a local hospitals charity supporting bereaved families and also independently working with schools and looked-after children's services. Her practice is child-centred and she is a passionate advocate for children’s therapeutic needs.
