This simple habit can give you the opportunity to reset and relax, taking these 5 undistracted minutes can have a huge affect on destressing and reframing your day which is really important for your mental health. Maybe you could get up 5 minutes earlier than normal, take an opportunity to sit down whilst your little one naps, or watches a film, or even take a flask and have it in the car after the morning school run!
